Tribal women: Manifestation of life

The photographer’s two decade long purposive travel to tribal habitats of India aimed at depiction of Indian tribal women in their pristine habitat surroundings. The chief objective in the process has been to preserve the originality of feminine feelings of tribal life for the benefit of posterity. Realistic moods of women as they were diligently occupied with different routines have been captured and presented. Working without any feelings of stress and living a life without any feelings of perceivable melancholy dominate their social and natural habitat. An impulse from their facial expressions may teach humans more of serenity, happiness and contentment than all the sages can. Ideal forms femininity, uncorrupt modes of civility and commendable ways of humility are writ large on the faces and acts of these tribal women. These are not part of exhibitionism, but essential spirit and gist of their lifestyle dominated by a sense of pure realism.
